Salt Lake City, UT – March 2, 2007 – Connie Sokol, author, TV host, radio host, life coach and president of LIFEChange, a program helping women live their ideal life, announced today her second annual Weekend for Women 2007 with this year’s conference theme of “Get Fit and Fabulous” will be held on Saturday March 24th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Provo Marriott, in Provo, Utah.

According to Connie, this fabulous conference theme of "Get Fit and Fabulous" promotes a whole view of loving ourselves, our bodies and our lives. Speakers include Pamela Hansen of Running with Angels, Joy Lundberg, author/speaker on relationships, Lauralee Christensen, speaker on empty nesters, Michael Banks, author of Body by Banks, Dr. Robert Jones speaking about female hormones/solutions and, herself, Connie Sokol, speaking on getting fit and fabulous and eliminating stress. The event will highlight a mini concert provided by Providence, an excellent all-female vocal performance group with a fresh new sound.

"We had thank-you emails for two weeks after last year's Weekend for Women about how life-changing it was," said Connie. "We had close to 200 people, planning it a month beforehand, and look to have at least 400. The best part is that the women came away feeling motivated, inspired and with easy-to-use tips to create change."
